Monthly Tuition Policy & Agreement
Our program operates on a year-round tuition structure. Tuition is based on enrollment and space reservation, not attendance or the number of weeks in a given month.
Monthly Payment Structure
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.
A grace period of 5 days is provided.
Payment received after the 5th of the month is considered late.
Late Fees & Discount Policy
A late fee of $25 will be applied after the 5th of the month.
If payment is late, the family will forfeit the 10% monthly discount for that month.
The full, non-discounted tuition rate will apply once payment is late.
5-Week Months
Some months include 5 weeks. These may include: January, March, May, August, October, and December.
Monthly tuition remains the same regardless of the number of weeks.
Families are responsible for the full monthly payment, including any 5th week.
4-Week Months
Tuition remains consistent even in months with only 4 weeks.
Tuition is averaged across the year.
